What do I need for online classes?
You only need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and your instrument. We recommend using good-quality headphones or monitors to fully enjoy the sound fidelity.
What if I have technical problems during class?
If any technical issue occurs, the lesson can be rescheduled at no cost or continued later the same day, depending on availability. Our goal is for every student to receive their complete class without interruptions.
How do payments work?
Payments can be made monthly or by class packages, through bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Once confirmed, you’ll receive the monthly schedule and class links.
Do you offer a free trial lesson?
Yes, we offer a free trial lesson, designed to let new students experience the format, test the connection, and get a feel for the teaching approach before enrolling.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Canceled lessons with proper notice can be rescheduled within the same month at no extra charge.
